Refunds and Returns

In the unlikely event you would like to refund or exchange, please contact us on admin@thecomfortspecialists.com.au and we will assist in your query. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit. We therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. “The Comfort Specialists” will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Deliveries & Shipping

Delivery
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We use the Australia Post System when dispatching your goods. Our goal is that we will dispatch your order normally within 12-24 hours. Our delivery fee is a low flat rate of A$14.95 for any purchase in Australia and FREE for items over $150 anywhere in Australia. We do offer an express shipping option as a flat rate for $30 to anywhere in Australia. Our delivery fee is a low flat rate of A$24.95 for any purchase in New Zealand.
